Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Limkrt. However, since we deal in live plants, we have a specific set of rules to ensure fairness and quality.

1. Returns Window

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for pots, planters, and gardening tools. For Live Plants, you must report any issues (damaged, dead, or wrong item) within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• For live plants, minor leaf shedding during transit is normal. Returns are only accepted if the main stem is broken or the plant is completely dead upon arrival.
• You must provide unboxing photos or videos to claim a replacement or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

You can easily request a return by going to the My Orders section on our website. Click on the 'Return' button next to your delivered order, select the reason, and submit.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (or Bank Account/UPI for COD orders) within 3-5 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order directly from the "My Orders" page before the item is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
